Flow
An evening of immersive audiovisual performance exploring the fluid states of perception, memory, and time. Flow brings together two acclaimed works that merge digital sound, sculptural imagery, and the shifting rhythms of nature.
Rheo — Ryoichi Kurokawa 黑川良一(Japan)
A signature work by Ryoichi Kurokawa, Rheo transforms field recordings into three‑dimensional pixel sculptures that pulse between the organic and the architectural. Abstract sound and image are synchronised with microscopic precision, dissolving the boundary between the virtual and the real. A hypnotic landscape where everything is in motion, and nothing remains fixed.
Solstice to Solstice — Nerve(許敖山)+ npool(羅琛堡)(Hong Kong)
A meditation on seasonal transformation and the invisible passage of time. Nerve’s electronic soundscapes trace the transitions between seasons, while npool reshapes the theatre into a network of images and spatial cues. Sound and visuals coexist as parallel forces, revealing a landscape that can only be perceived when both are experienced together.
